A highly respected figure in the industry, Mr. Krishnaprasad possesses a profound understanding of B2B, B2C, and industrial business dynamics, complemented by exceptional expertise in sourcing obsolete, legacy, and hard-to-find components—an area where he is considered a domain authority. His ability to architect custom-engineered solutions for complex, mission-critical applications has positioned him as a trusted partner for clients across oil & gas, manufacturing, and heavy engineering sectors.

With a proven track record in people leadership and business networking, he has consistently built high-performance teams and long-standing customer relationships. His strategic foresight and unwavering commitment to operational excellence continue to inspire those around him.

In 2012, recognizing a significant gap in the industrial supply ecosystem, Mr. Krishnaprasad co-founded Snskar Systems India Private Limited alongside his brother, Mr. Ravishankar A.S. His entrepreneurial vision and deep domain expertise laid the foundation for what has now evolved into the Snskar Group—a diversified and forward-looking engineering enterprise. Under his stewardship, the group has consistently expanded its capabilities, driven innovation, and maintained an unyielding focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Mr. Ravishankar A.S. – Director,

A seasoned professional with a background in computer engineering, Mr. Ravishankar A.S. has substantial experience in the mining sector, both in India and across African regions. His strategic leadership and future-oriented planning have been instrumental in expanding the Snskar Group. He is known for integrating cutting-edge technologies and modernizing operations, driving the group’s sustained growth and diversification across verticals.

In addition, he has proven expertise in mechanical power transmission products, particularly in the application, and selection of industrial couplings, further strengthening the group’s technical edge and product offering in core engineering domains.

Mr. Shrikanth R.B. – Director,

A Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Shrikanth brings over two decades of hands-on industry experience, particularly in precision manufacturing, quality inspection, and component engineering.

He began his career at Volvo India Limited, Hoskote, where he gained exposure to global manufacturing standards. He further strengthened his quality inspection expertise at Kirloskar PTSL, Hubli, serving as a Quality Line Inspector, followed by experience at Mahindra & Mahindra – Koppal (Tractor Division) in quality control.

His most significant tenure was at SPM India Limited, where he worked extensively on custom special purpose machines, acquiring deep knowledge in the production of hydraulic cylinders, jigs, and fixtures.

Mr. Shrikanth’s core strengths lie in reverse engineering, quality-driven machining practices, and design for manufacturability (DFM). His practical mindset and thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes form the technical backbone of Snskar Engineering Components Pvt. Ltd.
