Mr. Krishnaprasad A.S. – Director

Mr. Krishnaprasad A.S. is an experienced industrial leader with over 20 years of expertise in business strategy, market development, and engineering-driven solutions. He is widely recognized for sourcing obsolete and hard-to-find industrial components and for delivering customized solutions for oil & gas, manufacturing, and heavy engineering applications.

In 2012, he co-founded Snskar Systems India Private Limited, establishing the foundation of the Snskar Group. His leadership is driven by integrity, innovation, and a strong focus on long-term value creation.

Mr. Ravishankar A.S. – Director

Mr. Ravishankar A.S. brings technology-focused leadership backed by a background in computer engineering and extensive experience in the mining sector across India and Africa. He plays a key role in strategic planning, operational growth, and modernization initiatives within the group.

His expertise in mechanical power transmission products and industrial couplings has significantly enhanced the group’s technical capabilities and product offerings.

Mr. Shrikanth R.B. – Director
A Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Shrikanth brings over two decades of hands-on industry experience, particularly in precision manufacturing, quality inspection, and component engineering.

He began his career at Volvo India Limited, Hoskote, where he gained exposure to global manufacturing standards. He further strengthened his quality inspection expertise at Kirloskar PTSL, Hubli, serving as a Quality Line Inspector, followed by experience at Mahindra & Mahindra – Koppal (Tractor Division) in quality control.His most significant tenure was at SPM India Limited, where he worked extensively on custom special purpose machines, acquiring deep knowledge in the production of hydraulic cylinders, jigs, and fixtures. Mr. Shrikanth’s core strengths lie in reverse engineering, quality-driven machining practices, and design for manufacturability (DFM). His practical mindset and thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes form the technical backbone of Snskar Engineering Components Pvt. Ltd.
